Hi HY,

Thanks but it's not related. I tried just now the version 02.01.43 with DNN 5.5.1 and I can't reproduce this error! Could you look at your logs (Admin > Event Viewer) if an error is reported about this problem? Onthe other hand, I found another bug when the available product quantity is negative. I will publish a new version 02.01.44 today.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Gilles,
I checked the event viewer and the message as follows: (I did not enable tax rate and I put 0 for shipping fee).
Message: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal. ---> System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal.at System.Decimal.FCallMultiply(Decimal& result, Decimal d1, Decimal d2)at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.Providers.Tax.DefaultTaxProvider.TaxController.CalculateSalesTax[T](Int32 portalID, List`1 cartItems, IShippingInfo shippingInfo, IAddressInfo deliveryAddress)at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.Checkout.CalculateTaxandShipping(OrderInfo orderInfo, IAddressInfo billingAddress, IAddressInfo shippingAddress)at DotNetNuke.Modules.Store.WebControls.Checkout.StoreAccountCheckoutNext_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)at System.EventHandler.Invoke(Object sender, EventArgs e)at System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.OnClick(EventArgs e)at System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument)at System.Web.UI.WebControls.LinkButton.System.Web.UI.IPostBackEventHandler.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument)at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(IPostBackEventHandler sourceControl, String eventArgument)at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(NameValueCollection postData)at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)--- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Hi HY,

I can't reproduce the problem with the same DNN and Store module. It could be due to a wrong a value in the field DefaultTaxeRate of the table Store_Administration. Please could you try to check the Enable Tax setting in the Store Admin module and define the Tax Rate setting to zero. if it works with those settings, I will add more defensive code in the next version.

Gilles,
Yes, if I enable tax and put 0 there, it works.

Thank you very much for your effort!

Hi HY,

You'r welcome! As specified in my previous post, I will add more defensive code in the next version. I have no idea why this occurs in some rare cases (only 2 people have encountered this problem), but it's simple to workaround.
