I created a site on GoDaddy using DotnetNuke.
I want to create 2 other portals off the main site.
I have gone in and pointed the 2 other domains to the samename servers as my DotNetNuke hosted site.
I went in and updated to DNS Manager Host to point the domains to the IP address of my Main Domain.
I added new Portals to My DotNetNuke site.
If I go to either the 2 domains, they hit the Main domain and show that in the URL.  They don't keep their Alias domains.

Is it possible to use multiple portal aliases with GoDaddy?
I have tried everything I can think of and everything I could find on the web to make this work.
I always get the same results with everything I have tried, my 2 alias portals always revert to the main domain and i cant access them with the adminstrator account.

Yes you can.  I use shared hosting at GoDaddy.  In the Domain Manager your A(Hosts) records for @ should all point to the same IP address (your hosting server).  The CNAMES(Alaises) records for www should point to @.  Then in the Hosting Control Center  under Domain Managment all of your domains are going to point to the same folder (or root).  Then in DNN your portals are going to have a portal alais of the corresponding domain.

Thanks, that worked! I was missing having the alias include the subdirectory. I just had it looking for the domain name, www.secondsite.com not www.secondsite.com/dnn
