After setting the page with the Store module, all images being generated by thumbnail.aspx are broken.  Have I missed a setting? How do I correct?

If you set SSL after having published your images, your urls to pictures are not correct any more. You may consider :

  1. changing the urls in the database (http to https)
  2. Not apply SSL to all pages, but only to the page containing the acount module. The catalog probably does not need SSL which impacts performance negatively. since DotNetNuke 4.9.something, you can set SSL on the page level
