Hi,

Is there a possibility to import a mass of events at once in the events module.
I have the events now in MS Excel. i could try to make my data equal to the events table.

What table(s) do i have to fill, and what fields are really nescessary to simple display the event (event, startdate, end date, subject, body)
I have da latest version of the events module.

thx in advance.

Hi Tim,

If you want to import, you could do this direct into the tables. If you are using 5.0.3 (which is in teh release process), rather than 5.0.2 (the current prod release), it will force you to populate the minimum set of values (this is the major change for 5.0.3, previously data integrity was a bit lax...).

You will need at a minimum to populate EventsRecurMaster and Events tables.

Cheers
Roger

My recommendation would be to add an event through the interface, and you will see what gets populated. You then just need to replicate this.

Cheers
Roger
