Hi Chris,

The bug fixes I have mentioned here (along with others in the .ics file creation) are included in version 5.0.4, which has not been released as yet. It is my expectation that your error will be fixed with that release.

Sorry it isn't an immediate fix to your problem.
Roger

Dear Roger,

Is it possible to estimate when 5.0.4. will be released?

Regards,

Bart

Hi Bart, It is never possible to give this sort of estimate I'm afraid, and it's not in my control. However, we have just released a beta (which you can see the link for in my signature), which at least puts on the road there. We have found a few minor bugs, which will be fixed in the next release. I'm not sure if Ernst Peter (the team lead) plans another beta or whether we will go for a formal release. When the module goes into the release process (and usually lets us know when that happens) it is typically 6-8 weeks before the module makes it al the way through the process. So, I would expect no final release for at least 2 months. Cheers Roger

 Hi Bart,
We will call the version 5.1.0, you can dwonload the beta version already from http://dnnevents.codeplex.com.

I expect that we will put a version into the DNN release tracker within 1-2 weeks from now. The release tracker (the DN verification process) will take some time, and we (the events team) do not have any direct influence on the progress of the release tracking process. So it is impossible to predict WHEN the new Events version will be a release version.

Does this answer your question?
