I can't seem to access the portal.

When I go through the steps to setup the portal I get an error that says:

 

There was an error sending confirmation emails - There is a problem with the configuration of your SMTP Server. Mail was not sent.. However, the website was created. Click Here To Access the new site

 

When I click to view the site I get a 404 page error.

What am I doing wrong. The rest of my site works fine.

Your two errors are unrelated.  Your SMTP needs to be configured correctly to relay mail.  Post the full 404 error, look at the logs and test your IIS installation.

This didn't make much sense to me. I will look later and see what the logs say about the error. Thanks for your response. I did fix my mail error. I hadn't configured my SMTP setting at all :)
