Hi João,

You could add a 'main' category named 'Root' or 'All Products' or something like that, then define this category as parent of the current first level categories. By selecting this 'main' category as the Default Category in the Store Catalog module settings and checking the Sub-Categories checkbox in the Category Product Setttings section, you should obtain this kind of product list.
