I am sure I am missing something but I don't know what it is. When I create paypal "add to cart" button, it generated form html code including hidden input type with encrypted data. I am sure I need to add this somewhere in store module but I can't find it. Also I can't find any document on the module. Would anybody shed some light?

You do NOT have to use PayPal buttons nor PayPal Cart! Select PayPal provider inside the Store Admin module and define the 'ID PayPal' with your email used to create your PayPal account. That's all! Moreover, you should use the last version available at Codeplex and you should download and read the Templating Guide.
