Hi, I know I have asked this before, but at that time I wasn't sure what was causing the problem.

Basically I had VS 2008 installed and everything was working fine. My DNN 5.1.4 application was woring fine and no problems with the friendly url. Now I installed VS 2008 SP1 which by default also installs .net framework 3.5 SP1 and now my DNN firendly urls are not working for some pages. I have a page called Forums.aspx, but it seems to be rendering internally as forums.aspx/px, not sure where the px is coming from. The url shows it fine as forums.aspx but it's giving an error that the resource cannot be found and giving the page name as forums.aspx/px. 

Is there something that 3.5 sp1 has messed up in my IIS. Do I need to map any handlers in IIS, probably it got deleted or something by 3.5 sp1 installation?

Well? Anyone experiencing the same problem? I need some assistance please. Why would 3.5 SP1 affect my DNN application. Please help

After further investigation, I realized it's nothing to do with 3.5 SP1 as I uninstalled it and re-installed .net framework 3.5 only no Service packs and it still gives the same problem. So i'm suspecting something somewhere has changed thats causing the friendly urls not to work.

I am desperately looking for some professional help here. Can someone please assist me.

Hmmm after doing a Windows update. Everything is now working fine  I can now happily mark this thread as resolved. I guess I solved the issue myself.
