I am upgrading from 4.09.01 to the latest 5.0.X version.  Can not find anything regarding this particular issues.  Help greatly appreciated. I am getting the following error:

this is probably an issue with a third party module (maybe one that is a precompiled wsp module, the assembly name seems random)

also, you might want to check if you have the proper .net frameworks installed, and if access of your app pool identity has full access to all .net assemblies and temp folder
