I've inherited the webmaster role for a small org.  Really like working with this package but just a rookie, really.  I want to create a "members only" page, but without having all the members self register and get a login password etc.   In other words, I want to supply one login and password to all members so they can login and view this one restricted section.   How do I do this the best way?

I've already created a new registered user and it seems to work fine (pages are restricted to registered users), but I'm afraid that anyone logged in to this account can change the profile (ie. change the password) and that would mess things up for everybody.  Also, can more than one person be logged in with the same user account?

Thanks
