I am trying to get a specific email address be the target of an enrollment entry. I see a 'Paypal Account' but enrollment is free so i don't think that does anything here; I also see a moderator email address but that does not seem to do anything either. When someone enrolls or when an enrollment is changed, the administrator gets notified. Is there a way to have either the moderator or any specific email address to be the target of such notifications?

Hi Hans,

In Events 5.0.x, emails should be sent to the moderator email address (if moderation is enabled) which is configured in Moderation Settings, to the event owners email address and the enrollee. Is this not happening for you?

Cheers
Roger

  Hi Roger;

Moderation is configured. The moderator does get the email as does the enrollee if they request. The problem is that over and above these, the administrator also receives (an unwelcome in this case) email that a new enrollee has been entered. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of that email.

Regards

Hans

Hi Hans,

Assuming the administrator is the person who created the event (i.e. the Event Owner), then you can't remove this email at the moment without a code change. If you would like the functionality chnaged, please raise a request on Gemini, and we can consider this for a future release.

Cheers
Roger

 Hi Roger;

Understand what you are saying. I tried changing the event owner, but that had no effect. I guess the message always goes to the event creator. Forgive my lack of experience with DNN, but what is Gemini and how do i raise a request with them?

Regards

Hans
