I just upgraded to 5.1.1 of DNN -- everything went fine until I decided to also upgrade Events from 4.01 to 5.01. 

I can add an Events module to a page, but when I attempt to add an event, I get bounced to the error page. 

I have list view as the default view -- the month and week views work just fine.

Here is the error message from the logviewer -- my reading of it says that there is a some security issue that is popping up -- please help debug this:

This looks to be a trust issue. I've heard of no-one else who has suffered from this, and the problem is I'm not sure how to replicate, so as to identify the issue. Do you know if you have made any changes related to trust in web.config?

no changes to trust in web.config. 

What is strange is that the module works fine for month and week views, it just bombs out on list view.  I am running in a shared server environment -- no problems with the prior version showing list view.  I haven't attempted loading the release candidate to see if that will remedy the situation and I'm willing to search for more insights should someone give me direction to find what's up (I can connect with vs2008 if needed).
