Is there a way to configure DNN so you can show a authenticated page to an unauthenticated user AND redirect that user when landing on the page to login since they are not authenticated yet?

I can figure out how to display the page, but I want to setup some automatic way that the page knows the user is unauthenticed and auto route the user to the login page.

I assume what you are really asking for is a way to show this page in the menu to users who are not logged in. What I would do is create your actual page that has view permissions for Registered Users Role only, then I would create a second page that is a link to this page via a direct link to the page, name it the same and apply view permissions for the 'unauthenticated' users role. Put it directly below the other one and it should only show one of the items depending on the users logged in status.
