Hi Manish,

It's not possible because it's by desgin. When a customer confirm his order a confirmation email is sent. When the Store Admin receive the payment, normaly he should update the order status in the Store Admin module, then a second email is sent to the customer to confirm the payment.

Gilles

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi,

I need to change the format of the Order cofirmation Email I could not trace where it is getting populated from in the function generateOrderConfirmation();.

I am looking at the below mentioned details in PaymentControlBase.cs

_Message = Services.Localization.Localization.GetString("OrderThanks", this.LocalResourceFile);

Please could you let me know what the value of Order Thanks is ? Is this stored somewhere in the database ?

Thanks

Krishna

They are in the localisation files under Store\Providers\GatewayProviders\xxxPayment.ascx (replace xxx with Email or Paypal or AuthorizeNet or any other payment provider).

Be carefull to change the resource files in the portal and not in the host if you don't want them replaced when you update the store version

Hi Gilles,

I am trying to figure out the function call for this second email in the Store Module.The Response.aspx calls the Updateorder function on successful transaction. But I canot see from where the email is sent.
