Hi all!

I want to know how to add message success when adding item in cart if someone could help me please. And how to have cart icon which indicates number of products and total you must pay ?

If it is possible too, how to have two currency symbol ($ and €) so each product is featured on $ and € ?

I'm sorry for my english.

Thanks for your help.

I am not sure what your intention is, what sort of answer you expect. If you are able modify the source code you can achieve what you need very easy.

  1. Success message can be added by some scripting on client side. I think you find everything in WebControls.ProductDetail control.
  2. Cart icon – have a look on SkinObjects.MicroCart
  3. Dual currency – you have to modify the way how is price token (and vat price) rendered. The code is located in file ProductDetal.ascx.cs, function processToken.

Hi magiquemedia,

I agree with Jan's comments, you can modify the Store source code. Please read this post BEFORE trying to install the source version, you will save hours!

I will add a currency converter in a future version but not the very next.

Don't be afraid with your English, I'm French and my English is far than to be perfect! :-)

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Gilles.

I have read your post on "How to install Store module 02.01.00 WITH sources" and found that the skin objects file (Store_02.01.00_SkinObjects_Install.zip) is not availabl. You wrote to contact you by email to have link to download this but your email is not in your profile. So could you post a link to download this. I need to modify store source.

Thank you very much for your help.

Bye.
