Hello, My client is having a lot of trouble using the Fck Editor and I need to know what questions I should ask in order to help figure out what is causing the problem. They make changes and hit Update and all text disappears, the modules is simply left empty without any errors.. Is there a certain browser that seems to work better with DNN/Fck? Are their any other settings that the browser might need in order to work with this configuration? I can't replicate the issue on my system.

It is ironic since this is the only reason they paid a quite substantial  premium for a CMS - so they would be able to make text changes  The DNN version is 04.08.04.

Same here.  Jumping on board to see if we can figure out the reason.  I see no errors in the logs.  Trying to reproduce but nothing.  Does DNN do any HTML clean up during the update?  Could the user create bad HTML and it all get cleared on the update?

I suggest, you all ungrade to latest version DNN 4.9.2.

Next, please check performance settings in Host Settings, make sure, you don't use Whitespace filter with another compression option.

Do you use a caching component on the server or a proxy server?
