I have copied the Map_Points table to another SQL dbms.

I put "Select * from Map_Points" in the query.

I put "Provider=sqloledb;Data Source=DAVE-NOTEBOOK\MSSMLBIZ;Initial Catalog=AgentWorkbookSQL;Integrated Security=True;" in the Connection String.

But, it hangs on "fetching" at the bottom of the map.

What am I doing wrong?

I decided to try a networked SQL server dbms.  I tied the following with no success:

data source=74.86.162.120,2433;User ID=myuserid; Password=mypassword;initial catalog=agentworkbooksql

Provider=sqloledb;data source=74.86.162.120,2433;User ID=myuserid; Password=mypassword;initial catalog=agentworkbooksql;Network Library=DBMSSOCN

Please let me know if anyone has had success with the Custom Query.  I've spent about 4 hours trying to get to work to no avail.

I'd like to know if it is possible to get it to work or am I wasting my time?

 I am kicking myself with this issue, has anyone got it to work as of yet, I have replicated the map_points table in a MYSql db but cannot get the data across
