I'm using the Forum module in DNN 4.09.00.  The emails I receive from the site after a new thread is added have odd character representations inserted for characters such as a single or double quote.  How do I correct this so the actual character is used?  Below is an email I received regarding a new posting:

 Christmas Eve - Afternoon Update

New post in Notes & Updates:

Hi Everybody:

I just got back from visiting mom. When I got there mom was in the dining area with Geri, her roommate. She was trying to roll herself around in her wheel chair while waiting on lunch and talking with Geri. Mom was actually having a little luck with the chair.

I brought mom a bowl of vegetable soup from Frisch’s for lunch … she devoured it in about 10 minutes. We all sat in the dining area joking around for a couple of hours. Mom really had a great time. She was laughing and joking the whole time.

After mom got back in bed, her friend Shirley stopped by with a gift. Mom was too tired to stay awake and Shirley didn’t want to bother her. So, if you stop by this evening, be sure to give it to mom for Shirley.

After making some notes in mom’s journal I noticed she still had not fallen to sleep. I asked her if she wanted to sleep or talk. After she told me she wanted to sleep, I reminded her tomorrow is Christmas and she better not let Santa catch her "not" sleeping. She laughed and said “all I want for Christmas is to celebrate it with all of you.”
