Hi i have configured my site using DNN 3.37, my site seems to be very slow. I am not that much techinical know person; how do i make my site perfect in terms of speed and good looking. please visit  http://www.melapalayam.co.in

Some of them are saying to stop all logging activity that DNN modules is doing by default; i do not know about this any help is appreaciated.

one of th recommendations is to upgrade to DNN 4.9.0, which has been optimized for performance since DNN 4.4.0.

Make sure, there are not more than a few pages of entries in your event log (there is a delete button :) )

besides, if you store site log in file system instead of database, there will be much less database calls.

Make sure, you have installed only modules, you are actively using.

use a database tool to check the size of the database transaction log and truncate it on updates.
