When I am trying to test Paypal with sandboxing detail, I get into SecurityException error when I try to do

HttpWebRequest request = WebRequest.Create(verificationURL) as HttpWebRequest;

Please help. Below is the details of the error.

Do you have a proxy server or any other security features that might be blocking WebRequests?

No I am sure. I am just behind NAT- unless paypal have to place call directly to my server (which I think should not be the case?)
