I have a store set-up at www.aysrochester.com

All store checkout functions work perfectly with PayPal as the payment gateway.  Email notifications go out to customer and merchant as expected.

However, when I change the gateway to Authorize.net, orders can still be made, but the checkout page doesn't redirect to a confirmation page, and the emails do not go out.  The new orders do show up in order history.  Any reason or suggestions on why the email notification process breaks down?

Any help is appreciated!

Thx

Hi,

There is a know bug in the Authorize provider! Send me an email at glepigocher AT yahoo.fr, I will return a patch to you.

Gilles

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Thanks Michael,

The DNN skin is called Ideal, I bought it from Snowcovered and modified the background gradient to simulate a custom look.

I too am having issues with the Authorize.net provider.  After I go through checkout, I get "A critical error has occurred.  Value cannot be null.  Parameter name: format"  Can anyone give me any clues here?  Do you think the patch mentioned in a previous post would take care of this issue or is it a different issue?
