If page name is given as Unicode, say "ჩეთი" (GE: Chat) then while browsing chat page

Can be URLencode bug...

Using "DNNFriendlyUrl" solved this problem...

Good to hear that you've solved the problem by using  "DNNFriendlyUrl". We will put this problem/solution in the documentation.
