I don't think this answered the question because I have the same question and it's not the answer I'm looking for :)

The module linked to in the last post still requires a user to be registered with the site.

Is it not possible for an anonymous user to subscribe to a newsletter (handled through DNN, not a listserv) by providing ONLY their email address (and not registering on the site)?

Would greatly appreciate some help on this...thanks!!

There is a free module dnnsubscribe available at dnnPortal, that allows subscription to portal roles or external list servers.

AFAIK there is no free tool, that provides list server functions to DotNetNuke portals.

Thanks for the reply.

I've actually tried DNNSubscribe but it still requires either a list server or registered users.  Unless I'm missing something?

The module doesn't necessarily have to be free...just needs to exist!  :)
