I’m having problems trying to create a template file for my website.

When i select include content i get a System.OutOfMemoryException.

Has anyone received this error? Does anyone know of a work around?

Thanks

I’ve since figured this one out.

The problem was that I found a large 150 mb exe file that dnn was trying to serialise to put into the resource file.

However I do get another weird error.

When I attempt to create a portal using the template file it seems as though the portal didn’t get created. This is because you do not get the link to the portal in the view where dnn lists all the portals.(even though there is a record of it ) If you try and clicking on the portal setting you get an error. The funny thing is that if you leave it for a while it will some how appear (without any changes being made).

Don’t know why there is this delay. May be a caching thing?
