No, only WWStore 02.01.01 use translated buttons. I will add this feature in the next release of the Store module. You can replace original images if you use only one language on your web site. The images files are inside the folder: ...\DesktopModules\Store\Templates\Images or inside ...\Portals\n\Store\Templates\Images if you check the setting "Portal Template" in the Store Admin module. The files name are: addtocartimg.gif and purchaseimg.gif. You can find the psd file in the same folder for create your own version with PhotoShop or compatible graphic tool.

If you have some time, it could be cool to translate the module in Italian!
