Humm it's strange! I have tested the module with 4 cases and I don't have any problem:

1. Fresh install on dnn 4.4.1
2. Upgrade from 02.00.08 on dnn 4.4.1
3. Fresh install on dnn 4.6.0
4. Upgrade from 02.00.08 on dnn 4.6.0

For install the module, please follow this steps:

1. Loggin to the web site as host.
2. Go to Host > Module Definitions, then click on Install New Module (at the bottom left).
3. Click on the Browse button and select the file WWStore_02.01.01_Install.zip on your disk, then click on Install New Module.
4. Repeat the same operation with the file WWStore_02.01.01_SkinObjects.zip.
5. Create a new tab and name it Store, define access to everybody.
6. Create a new tab and name it My Account, define access to everybody.
7. Create a new tab and name it Store Admin. Restrict access to Admin Group only.
8. Place the module WWStore Admin inside ContentPane. Define your store settings and don't forget to select a gateway provider. For the Store Page setting, select Store. For the Shopping Cart Page setting, select My Account. Click on Update.
9. Go to the My Account tab. Place the module WWStore Account inside ContentPane.
10. Go to the Store tab.
11. Place the module WWStore Menu inside LeftPane.
12. Place the module WWStore StoreFront inside ContentPane.
13. Place the module WWStore Mini Cart inside ContentPane.
