I am getting this error when i am upgrading the version. basically it made in 3.7 DNN but when i am converting it into 4.4 version. its giving me an error.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT ... THANKS

Try clearning the files in the c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\\dnn440 folder.  Then if that doesn't work, triple check that you have updated ALL files.
