i was able to upload a skin that i downloaded wanted to test to see it works properly it does work. so i changed the graphics but kept the names the same so i dont have to change code.after changing the graphics i rezip the files and upload again and it doesnt work...all the coding is EXACTLY the same and both have the exact same file names but only the original skin works

i was thinking maybe it was because i didnt upload containers for my modification is this the problem? if not then what else can i do to fix it? again ALL coding is the same the only differences are that the graphics are different

are you talking about a Repository skin?  or a DotNetNuke skin?  from your description I'm guessing you're talking about a web site skin for your DotNetNuke portal, if so, you should probably ask your question in the "Skinning" forum.
