Sorry if this is a naïve question, but how different this Store Module will be compare to  ASP.NET2 Commerce Starter Kit (www.commercestarterkit.org)?

I am new to web developer, so just to clarify. I am currently looking for an eCommerce site / template which I could enchance if necessary for my small business. I have come accross the Paypal Enabled eCommerce Kit from www.asp.net site and was almost to convince to use it when I came accross the DNN forum entry stating that a new DNN eCommerce module is due to come out shortly. So, I am trying to understand which one is a "better" solution, and what are the feature difference are between Paypal Enabled eCommerce Kit and new DNN Commerce module are.
