We are upgrading React to 16.6.3,
We have upgraded many dependencies by many version numbers. Matt will merge the common and library projects changes, then we can fix the other projects. David has pretty much fixed Prompt and Vocabularies, Daniel has pretty much fixed Pages, the other ones should not take too long. We are pushing the code freeze date to December *14th, target release candidate on December 17th, Final January 7th.
