I cant get into the host- neither the adminmenu.

I changed from the controlpanel to ribbonbar by:

Host Menu - Host Settings - Other Settings - Controlpanel -> Ribbonbar: and edited a HTML-module. The changes where not saved and I can’t get back tot Controlbar. by Hostmenu. Is there an workarround. What is the url to the hostmenupage?
