When I install a custom module, it breaks the Persona Bar

I've done a fresh install of 9.1.1. When installing my own custom modules, they break the Persona Bar. I can install the HTML module with no problem. Has anyone else experienced this or have any insight on what to check. My modules use datajs, odata and knockout
