Question:

I have been tasked with setting up a webpage that can only be seen by a certain number of members in our organisation.

I went to security and set up a role and then added users to that role (I didnt tick send email for any of these users) .

Set up the webpage and in permissions added the role to global role and then ticked "view" the page for that group.

The members of the group are registered users and do need to log in - but when they tried they got "you do not have access to view this page within the website".

I have set up a similar page before and that seemed to work well. What have I done wrong?

Knowing it didnt work, I went straight to the page I had set up and on the permissions page I set up each individual person as a "user". This doesnt seem to have worked either.

Help!
