I caused a critical error when making a change to site in DNN6 on Godaddy hosted site. Didn't have proper backup to restore.

I uninstalled DNN 6 and went to reinstall and could not due to Godaddy limitations. I captured all files including database, did a clean install of DNN 7 and now need to migrate old content. I'm looking for what steps I need to take set up database and utilize all the content created for DNN 6 site.
