We have migrated a copy of our DNN 8.04 site up to Azure Webapp with Azure SQL PAAS database. The site works well except for one key aspect. We use a lot of forms for lead generation and the forms take up to 24 seconds to submit and spike the database usage up to 50 percent. That's even with an S3 standard DTU package applied. We are at a loss as to how to troubleshoot this issue. Has anyone had this problem in Azure before?
