The problem I am having is this:
I CAN NOT edit or even select setting on any module on any home page of any portal on the server.
I CAN however edit anything on any subpages.
I have removed the lines from the web config, reinstalled the three modules, same result.
I have also removed the lines and tried to edit or select settings on a module and get:

** The File DotNetNuke.HttpModules.DLL is current, unblocked and in the right place.
Any thoughts????? This happened after I MOVED the installation from production to live and did the 7.2.0 upgrade. Not sure at which point things got messed up.
