Export task has been submitted but has not run after 6 days.

Does anyone have any idea why this is not running?

I thought it was clear from the screenshot above that the schedule has been created and activated.
As will as that there are log entries showing 'no export job found' or words to that effect.

I am having the same problem. Stays there forever. It worked several months ago, but not now.

Would appreciate any advice soon as you figure it out. Thanks.

I had an issue where the Import/Export task was trying to run on a non-existet server.

The fix was to open the scheduler (Personabar / Settings / Scheduler), find the Site Import/Export task (in your first screenshot), hit the pencil icon and make sure the Servers box is empty, like below. Then hit "Update".

If that was it, hit the pencil icon again, and then the Run Now button.
