How to restrict module settings to superuser only for a specific module?

Hi,

Is it possible to lock the portal administrator from changing settings for a specific module?

If portal administrators can set permissions they might expose a custom module to unregistered/unauthorised users.

I was wondering if it's possible to restrict settings to Super User only?

Please give your suggestion and waiting for your reply.
