Domain Name Does Not Exist In The Database error

Hello:

For many years I had a Dot Net Nuke website hosted at discount asp. I don't remember the latest version I was using, however it was at least 5 years old and coded in VB (pre-C Sharp). The site was down for a long time, but I recently restored the backed up files and restored my database into MS SQL 2012. Also, changed the domain name. When I try to run the old DNN files I get a Domain Name Does Not Exist In The Database error. I assume it would be possible to go into the SQL Server 2012 database and add the domain to the appropriate table, however I was also curious if there is a file somewhere in the installation that maps the current domain back to old domain that is in the database. A configuration file of some kind? Then perhaps I would not have to go into the database?

When I get the site back up I want to upgrade the DNN version to the C Sharp version. How much trouble might that entail I wonder?
