Cannot access Host Settings and Site Management in DNN 8.3

Hello, I'm facing a really strange problem. I can't access the Host, Host Settings and Site Management options from the Host menu.

I get a message about problems in redirection in both Firefox and chromium-based Vivaldi.

Can you please help me with this? It's really frustrating.
