Allow Administrators to manage Alias

Hello,

I've a multiple site DNN installation (07.02.02 (303)) and I've trouble with my Administrators users.

They can not see the "Portal Alias Manager" in the ADMIN>SITE SETTINGS page (see screenshot below)


WIth a SuperUser account (with Host manage privileges) I can see that tab (see screenshot below).


How can I enable this panel to Administrators too?
