503 error on login after restore

I tried to upgrade from 8 to 9 and had issues, so i restore the database and copied the original file's back overwriting the files. I have 2 portals and they both come up fine and appear to navigate fine. But when i click login with the correct username and password it goes to a 503 page.


Anything i can check or try?
