This is a clean installation, but I'm getting the error:

Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.

Looking at the log files I can see:

The file '/DesktopModules/DDRMenu/Menu.ascx' does not exist.

Is there somewhere I can add this file from?
